Who I Work With

Anxiety and Overthinking
You may appear calm and capable on the outside, but inside you often feel tense, restless, or overwhelmed.
Perhaps you constantly doubt your own abilities, replay conversations, or feel that anxious energy never quite switches off.
Sometimes anxiety shows up as perfectionism or the need to stay in control — yet it leaves you exhausted and disconnected from yourself.
In therapy, we’ll work to understand what drives those feelings, so you can begin to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease in your daily life.

Trauma and the Past
Even when life has moved on, your body and mind may still hold the weight of past experiences.
You might notice patterns of avoidance, emotional numbing, or heightened sensitivity in relationships.
Together, we’ll create a safe space to gently explore those memories — at your own pace — so you can begin to reclaim your sense of safety, trust, and choice.
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting the past, but learning to live with it in a new way.

Relationships and Attachment
Your relationships may bring both comfort and pain.
Perhaps you long for closeness but fear rejection, or you find yourself repeating familiar patterns that leave you hurt or unseen.
By exploring how your early experiences shape your attachment and communication, therapy can help you build more secure, fulfilling connections — with others and with yourself.

Self-Esteem and Self-Love
You may be caring and successful, yet struggle to feel truly “enough.” For some, this struggle is even deeper—they rarely, if ever, feel good about themselves. Inner criticism, guilt, or comparison can make it hard to recognise your own worth.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on nurturing self-compassion and reconnecting with the parts of you that deserve understanding, care, and acceptance rather than judgment. Together, we’ll work to help you experience, even in small moments, that you are enough just as you are.

Life Transitions and Stress
Changes — whether in work, relationships, health, or place — can stir up uncertainty and emotional strain.
You might be facing burnout, relocation, or difficult decisions that challenge your sense of stability.
Therapy offers space to pause, make sense of what’s shifting, and rediscover the balance between caring for others and caring for yourself.

End-of-Life and Meaning
For older adults and their families, therapy can provide support through grief, loss, or reflection at the later stages of life.
Together, we can explore themes of meaning, acceptance, and legacy — finding peace and connection in the midst of change.
